1In medium bowl combine OIL WELL Tangerine Balsamic, shallot, dijon mustard, OIL WELL Lime Sea Salt, fresh ground pepper, OIL WELL Raspberry Honey and garlic. Mix Well. Slowly whisk in OIL WELL Blood Orange Olive Oil.
2Peel oranges and remove white pith. Slice oranges into medallions.
3Place greens in large bowl. Drizzle with dressing. Gently toss to coat.
4Place greens ont o serving plates. Top each with 2-3 slices of blood oranges. Serve and Enjoy!
