1In a small bowl whisk eggs with pinch of OIL WELL Garlic and Onion Sea Salt.
2When well blended add chopped provolone. Stir to mix well.
3Heat OIL WELL Garlic Olive Oil in skillet over medium heat. When hot pour in egg mixture.
4Cook for 1-2 minutes. Add tomato, scallion and spinach to one side of the omelet. Continue to cook until able to fold omelet in half.
5When bottom is golden brown, flip and cook until the second side is golden brown. Serve and enjoy!
