Balsamic Glazed Pork Chops

Directions

1Sprinkle pork chops on both sides with OIL WELL Sicilian Sea Salt and fresh ground pepper.

2Heat OIL WELL EVOO in large skillet over medium heat.

3Add pork chops and cook for 4 minutes.

4Flip pork chops and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until juices run clear and pork chops are no longer pink in center.

5Remove pork chops from skillet.

6Place OIL WELL 25 Star Dark Balsamic and brown sugar into skillet and turn heat up to high.

7Cook for 1 minute while stirring.

8Pour glaze over pork chops and serve immediately.

1/3 C OIL WELL Traditional 25 Star Dark Balsamic
