

Balsamic Roasted Carrots
Balsamic Vinegar, Olive Oil, Sea Salt

Directions
1Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2Peel carrots and cut into 2” pieces.
3In small bowl whisk OIL WELL EVOO and OIL WELL 25 Star Dark Balsamic until well blended.
4Place carrots in large bowl and drizzle balsamic mixture over top. Gently toss carrots to coat all evenly.
5Transfer carrots into baking pan and place in oven. Roast carrots until tender (about 30-40 minutes) stirring half way through.
6Remove from oven and transfer to serving dish. Sprinkle with OIL WELL Fleur de Sel Sea Salt. Garnish with parsley and serve.
