Directions

1Place all ingredients in glass jar with a tight lid.

2Shake well to blend.

3If not using immediately store in refrigerator. Bring to room temperature before using.

3/4 C OIL WELL EVOO

1/4 C OIL WELL 25 Star Traditional Dark Balsamic

2 T water

1/2 t OIL WELL Honey

1 garlic clove, smashed

1/4 t OIL WELL Sicilian Sea Salt

pinch of pepper
