

Blackberry Balsamic Glazed Chicken

Directions
1In medium bowl mash 2 C fresh blackberries. Add OIL WELL EVOO, ½ C OIL WELL Blackberry Ginger Balsamic and OIL WELL Herb Mix. Mix well.
2Place chicken in ziplock bag. Pour marinade over. Zip closed. Swish around to make sure all chicken is coated. Refrigerate overnight. Flip chicken occasionally to make sure all stays well coated.
3Preheat grill to medium.
4In small saucepan mash remaining 1 C fresh blackberries. Stir in 1/2 cup OIL WELL Blackberry Ginger Balsamic and OIL WELL Honey. Mix well. Stir over medium heat until mixture thickens. Turn heat to low to keep warm while chicken cooks. Stir occasionally.
5Grill chicken 3-5 minutes. Flip and cook an additional 2-4 minutes. Chicken is done when meat is no longer pink in the center and juices run clear. Place on serving dish. Drizzle with glaze. Serve and enjoy!
