

Blackberry Ginger Chicken

Directions
1In small bowl combine OIL WELL Blackberry Ginger Balsamic, OIL WELL EVOO and OIL WELL Himalayan Pink Salt. Whisk until well blended. Gently mix in blackberries.
2Place chicken in large Ziploc bag. Reserve a small bit of marinade to use during grilling. Pour marinade over chicken and seal bag. Make sure all chicken is coated well.
3Place in refrigerator. Marinate chicken for at least 6 hours. The longer it marinates the more flavor it will have. Shake bag occasionally to keep chicken well covered.
4Grill chicken over medium heat, flipping occasionally. Periodically baste with a little of the reserved marinade. Chicken is done when juices run clear. Serve hot and Enjoy!
