Bordeaux Cherry Baked Chicken

Directions

1In small bowl combine OIL WELL Bordeaux Cherry Balsamic, OIL WELL EVOO, minced garlic, dried rosemary, OIL WELL Himalayan Pink Salt and fresh ground pepper. Whisk until well blended.

2Place chicken breasts into large Ziploc bag, pour balsamic mixture over chicken, zip closed. Knead chicken through Ziploc until well coated.

3Marinate in refrigerator 6-8 hours.

4Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

5Place chicken breasts in baking dish. Pour remaining balsamic mixture on top.

6Bake uncovered 15-20 minutes. Flip breasts, baste and continue to bake an additional 15-20 minutes until juices run clear.

7Place on serving dish and enjoy!

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1/2 C OIL WELL Bordeaux Cherry Balsamic

1 T OIL WELL EVOO

4 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 t dried rosemary

OIL WELL Himalayan Pink Salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
