

Brie and Strawberry Balsamic Grilled Cheese

Directions
1Place sliced strawberries in sealable container. Drizzle OIL WELL Strawberry Balsamic over top. Cover and toss gently to make sure all strawberries are well coated.
2Place in refrigerator to marinate for 2-3 hours.
3Butter one side of each slice of bread.
4Lay 6 slices of bread, buttered side down. Cover with a single layer of brie cheese.
5Using a fork, remove berries from balsamic. Press sliced berries into brie on each sandwich.
6Sprinkle each with fresh cut basil. Top with second piece of bread, buttered side up.
7Place each sandwich in large skillet over medium-low heat.
8Cook sandwiches, flipping often and flattening gently with bottom of spatula, until golden-brown on outside and cheese is melted inside.
9Serve immediately.

1 loaf fresh French bread, cut into 12 ½” thick slices
