Directions

1Rinse cherry tomatoes and pat dry. Remove stems.

2With sharp knife cut bottom off tomato. (You want to cut off the bottom and not the top as where the stem was leaves a flat surface and the tomato will stand up).

3Using melon baller scoop seeds and centers from tomatoes and discard.

4Place tomatoes cut side down to drain any additional liquid.

5Rinse basil and pat dry. Hand tear into small pieces to fit inside tomatoes.

6Line tomatoes cut side up on baking tray.

7Line each tomato with piece of basil. Gently push basil leaves towards bottom of tomato.

8Place pearl size mozzarella ball into each tomato.

9Transfer tomatoes to serving dish. Drizzle with OIL WELL Basil Olive Oil and OIL WELL 25 Star dark Balsamic. Season with OIL WELL Sicilian Sea Salt and fresh ground pepper. Serve at room temperature.
