

Caprese Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms

Directions
1Place rack in middle of oven and preheat to broil.
2In small bowl combine OIL WELL Basil Olive Oil and minced garlic.
3Place clean mushrooms stem side down on baking sheet. Brush tops of mushrooms with olive oil and garlic. Season with OIL WELL Garlic Sea Salt and fresh ground pepper.
4Flip mushrooms over. Layer the mozzarella slices around the center. Top with tomatoes.
5Place in oven and broil for 8 minutes or until tomatoes start to blister and cheese is melted and golden. Remove from oven.
6Place on serving dish. Top with fresh basil and drizzle with OIL WELL 25 Star Traditional Dark Balsamic. Serve and enjoy!

4 lg portobello mushrooms, cleaned, stems and gills removed
2 fresh mozzarella balls, thinly sliced
1 C grape tomatoes, thinly sliced
fresh basil, sliced thin and for garnish
OIL WELL 25 Star Traditional Dark Balsamic
OIL WELL Garlic Sea Salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
