Cilantro Lime Rice

Directions

1Pour 3 cups of chicken broth to medium pot. Place rice in pot, stir and place lid on top.

2Bring to a full boil over high heat. As soon as pot reaches a full boil, turn the heat down to low and let simmer for 20 minutes.

3After 20 minutes, turn heat off and let rest for 10 minutes, with the lid in place, undisturbed.

4Rinse cilantro well. Pull leaves from stems and roughly chop.

5Zest the lime.

6Add the chopped cilantro, lime zest, juice from the lime, and OIL WELL Lime Olive Oil to bowl. Gently mix well.

7Fluff rice, add cilantro lime mixture and gently fold to combine.

8Serve and Enjoy!

2 C uncooked long grain rice

3 C chicken broth

1/2 bunch fresh cilantro

1 medium lime

1 T OIL WELL Persian Lime Olive Oil
