

Cranberry Pear Glazed Butternut Squash

Directions
1Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2In large bowl whisk OIL WELL Cranberry Pear Balsamic and OIL WELL EVOO until thoroughly combined.
3Add rosemary and squash. Toss to coat evenly.
4. In large roasting pan arrange squash in a single layer. Drizzle remaining marinade over top. Sprinkle with OIL WELL Sicilian Sea Salt and fresh ground pepper.
5Roast for 35-45 minutes, stirring several times during roasting. Roast until golden brown
6Remove from oven, place in serving dish, drizzle with OIL WELL Cranberry Pear Balsamic and serve.
