Cranberry Pear Glazed Ham

Directions

1Score fat on ham. Be careful to cut only the fat and not into the meat

2Place ham fat side up in roasting pan.

3Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

4In small bowl combine OIL WELL Cranberry Pear Balsamic, orange juice, and Dijon mustard. Mix well.

5Remove ham from oven and spoon ½ of mixture over ham. Continue baking for another 30 minutes.

6Remove ham from oven. Place on serving tray. Add raisins to remaining mixture and pour over ham. Serve and enjoy!

1 t dijon mustard
