Cranberry Wild Rice

Directions

1Cook wild rice according to package directions.

2Combine all ingredients, mix well, cover and refrigerate.

3Remove from refrigerator 20 minutes prior to serving.

4Place in serving bowl and garnish with mandarin orange slices. Serve and enjoy!

Ingredients

1 C wild rice

1/2 C dried raspberries

1/2 C slivered almonds

1 11oz can mandarin oranges, drained (Reserve a couple for garnish)

2 T OIL WELL Blood Orange Olive Oil

1/4 C OIL WELL Cranberry Pear Balsamic
