Easy Salmon Fillets

Directions

1Coat salmon fillets on both sides with 2 T OIL WELL Lemon Olive Oil. Sprinkle both sides with OIL WELL French Fleur de Sel Sea Salt and fresh ground pepper.

2Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place in roasting pan skin side down. Cover and bake 12-15 minutes or until flesh flakes easily with a fork.

3Remove from oven. Place on serving platter. Drizzle with remaining 1 T OIL WELL Lemon Olive Oil. Top with chopped basil. Serve and enjoy!

4 5-7oz, 1” thick salmon fillets

5 T OIL WELL Lemon Olive Oil

OIL WELL French Fleur de Sel Sea Salt and fresh ground pepper to taste

3 T fresh basil, chopped (plus sprigs for garnish)
