Directions
1In small bowl whisk limejuice, OIL WELL Garlic Olive Oil and garlic.
2Place chicken breasts in ziplock bag. Pour marinade over chicken making sure all is well coated. Marinate chicken in refridgerator 6-8 hours. Every couple hours swish chicken around in marinade to keep all well coated.
3Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Remove chicken from marinade and place skin side up in shallow baking dish. Discard marinade.
4Season with OIL WELL Lime Sea Salt and fresh ground pepper.
5Bake for 40-45 minutes or until chicken is cooked all the way through. Chicken is done when juices run clear and meat is no longer pink in the center.
6Change oven to “Broil” and broil chicken for 2 minutes until skin is crispy. Serve and enjoy!
