Garlic Pizza

Directions

1In small bowl combine garlic, OIL WELL Garlic Olive Oil, oregano and OIL WELL Garlic Sea Salt.

2Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Place baking sheet in to get hot.

3While oven and baking sheet are preheating spread flour on clean flat surface and sprinkle a little flour on pizza dough.

4Using palm of your hand pat dough into 12” circle. While patting dough down lift and turn the dough several times.

5When dough is ready, remove hot baking sheet from oven and carefully place dough onto hot pan.

6Spread oil mixture evenly over dough with a spoon or brush. Leave ½ inch around edge of dough to form crust.

7Spread cheese over top and sprinkle a little more oregano over top of cheese.

8Place in hot oven. The cook time will vary depending on thickness of crust. Check pizza after 5 minutes and rotate pan for even cooking. The pizza will be done when cheese is lightly browned.

9Remove from oven and let sit for 5 minutes before cutting. Serve and enjoy!

Ingredients

1 clove garlic, minced

5 T OIL WELL Garlic Olive Oil

1/4 t dried oregano

dash OIL WELL Garlic Sea Salt

1 pizza dough for 12” pizza

8 oz shredded Italian cheese blend
