Garlic Sea Scallops

Directions

1In small bowl combine OIL WELL Garlic Olive Oil, garlic, thyme, OIL WELL French Fleur de Sel Sea Salt and fresh ground pepper. Mix well.

2Place scallops in large sealable container. Pour marinade over. Toss gently making sure all scallops are well coated. Cover and let marinate for 30 minutes.

3In large skillet heat OIL WELL EVOO over med-high heat. Add scallops. Cook quickly on each side until golden brown. (About 1-2 min per side) Remove from heat and place in serving bowl. Serve hot and enjoy!

16 medium large scallops, cleaned

2 T OIL WELL Garlic Olive Oil

1 T OIL WELL EVOO

1 clove garlic, minced

1 T thyme, finely chopped

OIL WELL French Fleur de Sel Sea Salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
