Garlic Spaghetti with Olive Oil

Directions

1In small saucepan heat OIL WELL Garlic Olive Oil over medium heat. Sauté chopped garlic until soft. Add red pepper flakes and 1/4 cup chopped parsley. Mix, cover and remove from heat.

2Cook spaghetti al-dente according to package directions. Drain pasta reserving 1/4 cup of the water.

3Place spaghetti in large serving bowl. Add OIL WELL Olive Oil mixture and toss. If dry add a little of reserved pasta water. Coat spaghetti well.

4Top with fresh grated parmesan cheese and remaining chopped parsley. Garnish with a sprig of parsley. Serve hot and enjoy!

1 lb spaghetti

1/4 C OIL WELL Garlic Olive Oil

5 cloves garlic, chopped

1 t red pepper flakes

1/2 C fresh parsley chopped (plus sprig for garnish)

fresh grated parmesan cheese
