

Glazed Maple Pork Chops
Balsamic Vinegar, Olive Oil, Sea Salt

Directions
1Combine OIL WELL Sicilian Sea Salt and pepper. Sprinkle on both sides of each pork chop.
2Heat OIL WELL EVOO in large skillet over medium heat.
3Place pork chops in hot skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until browned. Remove pork chops from skillet and set aside.
4Add OIL WELL Maple Balsamic to skillet and gently stir making sure to remove all bits from bottom of pan.
5Add maple syrup and stir until well combined.
6Return pork chops to pan and continue to cook until glaze is thickened and pork chops are no longer pink in center, 7-10 minutes. Flip pork chops half way through cooking.
7Remove skillet from heat and allow to rest five minutes. Coat each side of pork chops with glaze. Serve and enjoy!
