

Grilled Basil Zucchini
Balsamic Vinegar, Olive Oil, Sea Salt

Directions
1Preheat grill to medium-high.
2Slice zucchini diagonally into ½” thick slices.
3Brush both sides of each slice with OIL WELL Basil Olive Oil. Sprinkle with OIL WELL French Fleur de Sel Sea Salt.
4Place zucchini slices in a single layer directly onto grates of grill. Grill for 2-3 minutes until grill marks appear. Flip and cook an additional 2-3 minutes.
5As the zucchini nears the end of cooking brush the top with OIL WELL 25 Star Traditional Dark Balsamic. Continue to cook for 1 minute.
6Remove from grill. Serve immediately and enjoy!
