Directions
1In large bowl combine zest of 2 oranges, 2 limes, OIL WELL Lime Olive Oil and fresh basil.
2Add shrimp, OIL WELL Lime Sea Salt and black pepper. Mix well.
3Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
4Remove shrimp from oil mixture. Discard mixture.
5Place shrimp on a skewer and grill over medium heat until opaque and slightly charred. (About 2 minutes per side)
6Garnish with orange and lime zest. Serve immediately.
