

Grilled Peach Caprese Salad

Directions
1Cut peaches in half and remove pit. Slice peaches into ½” rounds. Drizzle both sides with OIL WELL Honey.
2Preheat grill to medium heat. Grill peaches 2-3 minutes each side or until grill marks appear. Remove from grill and let cool.
3Arrange peaches, mozzarella and basil leaves in a circular pattern on serving dish. Drizzle with OIL WELL EVOO and OIL WELL 25 Star Traditional White Balsamic.
4Sprinkle with OIL WELL French Fleur de Sel Sea Salt and fresh ground pepper. Serve and enjoy!
