Grilled Rock Lobster Tails

Directions

1Preheat grill to high.

2Place fresh squeezed lemon juice into small bowl. Slowly whisk in OIL WELL EVOO, OIL WELL Garlic Sea Salt, paprika and white pepper.

3Split lobster tails lengthwise with large knife. Brush flesh side of lobster tails with marinade.

4Lightly oil grill grate. Place lobster tails flesh side down on grill. Cook 10-12 minutes, turning once and basting frequently with marinade. Discard remaining marinade.

5Lobster is done when meat turns white and is firm to the touch. Remove from grill. Serve and Enjoy!
