Grilled Rosemary Swordfish

Directions

1In a small bowl combine fresh lemon juice, OIL WELL Rosemary Olive Oil, garlic, rosemary, lemon zest, OIL WELL French Fleur de Sel Sea Salt and fresh ground pepper. Mix well.

2Place swordfish in large ziploc bag. Pour marinade over swordfish and zip bag closed. Swish around in bag to make sure swordfish is all well coated. Marinate in refrigerator for 1 hour.

3Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Brush grates of grill with OIL WELL EVOO to keep swordfish from sticking.

4Remove swordfish from marinade and place on grill. Discard remaining marinade. Close lid of grill and grill 4-6 minutes on each side. Swordfish is done when it turns opaque. Remove from grill, serve and enjoy!

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 t fresh rosemary, minced

2 t lemon zest

OIL WELL French fleur de Sel Sea Salt and fresh ground pepper to taste

4 5oz swordfish steaks
