

Directions
1In small sauté pan heat 1 T OIL WELL EVOO over medium-low heat.
2Add baby spinach. Season with OIL WELL Garlic Sea Salt. Cook until spinach has wilted.
3Place one slice of bread on plate and spread shredded mozzarella on top. Using a fork remove spinach from pan. Place on top of shredded mozzarella. Cover with second slice of bread.
4In same pan heat remaining 1 T OIL WELL EVOO over medium heat.
5Transfer sandwich to sauté pan. Pressing down occasionally with spatula, cook until bottom of sandwich is golden brown. Flip sandwich and cook until 2nd side is golden brown. Serve and enjoy!
