Grilled Steak with Espresso Balsamic Glaze

Directions

1Preheat grill to med-high heat.

2Using 1 T OIL WELL EVOO brush both sides of each rib eye. Sprinkle with OIL WELL French Fleur de Sel Sea Salt and fresh ground pepper.

3Place steaks on grill and cook to desired doneness, flipping once while cooking.

4As steaks near the end of cooking place remaining 2 T OIL WELL EVOO into small saucepan with rosemary. Place over medium heat for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Slowly whisk in OIL WELL Espresso Balsamic.

5Remove steaks from grill and let rest. Remove steaks from grill and let rest.

6Continue to whisk balsamic mixture over heat until it reduces to a glaze. Place steaks on serving platter. Drizzle glaze over steaks. Serve and enjoy!

4 6oz rib eye steaks

3 T OIL WELL EVOO, divided

1 t chopped rosemary

1/2 C OIL WELL Espresso Balsamic

OIL WELL French Fleur de Sel Sea Salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
