

Grilled Zucchini Caprese Salad
Balsamic Vinegar, Olive Oil, Sea Salt

Directions
1Preheat grill to med-high heat. Brush both sides of zucchini slices with 2 T OIL WELL EVOO.
2Place slices on hot grill. Grill 4-5 minutes, flipping once, until slightly softened and browned. Remove from grill.
3On serving dish arrange sliced tomatoes, zucchini and mozzarella in a rotating, overlapping, circular pattern.
4Sprinkle with OIL WELL French Fleur de Sel Sea Salt and fresh ground pepper. Drizzle with OIL WELL EVOO and OIL WELL 25 Star Traditional Dark Balsamic.
5Garnish with fresh basil leaves. Serve and enjoy!
