Hazelnut Asparagus

Directions

1Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

2. Toast hazelnuts on roasting pan for 5 minutes until lightly browned. Flip hazelnuts halfway through to toast on each side.

3Remove from pan and set aside.

4Cut tough ends off asparagus and discard.

5Place asparagus in bowl and drizzle with 2 T OIL WELL Lime Olive Oil. Sprinkle on OIL WELL Lime Sea Salt and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.

6Place on same roasting pan used for hazelnuts. Roast for 6-8 minutes until tender. Remove from oven.

7Place asparagus on serving dish and sprinkle with hazelnuts.

8Whisk together the reserved juices and remaining 2 T OIL WELL Lime Olive Oil. Drizzle over asparagus. Serve and enjoy!

2 lbs fresh asparagus

1/3 C hazelnuts

4 T OIL WELL Persian Lime Olive Oil

OIL WELL Lime Sea Salt and pepper to taste
