Kale Salad

Directions

1In small bowl combine OIL WELL EVOO, OIL WELL Green Apple Balsamic, OIL WELL Balsamic Sea Salt and pepper. Mix well.

2Tear kale into bite sized pieces and place in large bowl.

3Gently rub kale with bare hands to break down.

4Combine kale, celery, apples, fennel, dried cranberries and pecans. Toss with Vinaigrette. Serve and enjoy.

Ingredients

3/4 C OIL WELL EVOO

1/3 C OIL WELL Green Apple Balsamic

OIL WELL Balsamic Sea Salt and pepper to taste

2 bunches kale, washed and let dry

2 green apples, cored and chopped

1/2 C dried cranberries

1/2 C toasted pecans

1 C chopped celery

1 C chopped fennel
