Lemon Linguini

Directions

1In large bowl whisk OIL WELL Lemon Olive Oil, parmesan cheese, lemon juice, OIL WELL Cyprus Citrus Flake Sea Salt and ground pepper until well blended. Set aside.

2Cook linguini al-dente according to package directions. Drain, reserving 1 cup of pasta water.

3Add linguini to lemon sauce along with basil, parsley and lemon zest.

4Toss gently adding just enough reserved cooking water a little bit at a time to moisten.

5Add OIL WELL Cyprus Citrus Flake Sea Salt and pepper.

6Sprinkle parsley and fresh grated parmesan cheese on top. Garnish with a sprig of parsley and slice of lemon. Serve and enjoy!

1 lb linguini

2/3 C OIL WELL Lemon Olive Oil

2/3 C grated Parmesan cheese

2 fresh lemons, zested and juiced for 1/3 cup juice

1/4 t OIL WELL Cyprus Citrus Flake Sea Salt

fresh ground pepper to taste

1/3 C fresh chopped basil

1/3 C fresh flat leaf parsley, chopped
