Lobster and Herb Pasta

Directions

1Steam lobsters. (About 12 minutes. Lobster is done when meat turns from translucent to white.) Let cool. Remove meat from shells and cut into large bite size pieces.

2In large bowl combine lemon juice, OIL WELL EVOO, garlic, parsley, basil and OIL WELL Garlic Medley Sea Salt. Mix well.

3Add lobster. Stir well making sure all pieces are well coated. Let marinate at room temperature for 1 hour.

4Cook spaghetti al-dente. Drain and return to pot.

5Pour lobster mixture over pasta. Gently toss to coat. Serve immediately and enjoy!

4 1¼ lb lobsters

1/3 C fresh lemon juice

1/2 C OIL WELL EVOO

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 C fresh parsley and basil, chopped

pinch OIL WELL Garlic Medley Sea Salt

1 lb spaghetti
