Maple Balsamic Chicken Breasts

Directions

1Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

2In small bowl combine OIL WELL Maple Balsamic, maple syrup, crushed garlic, scallions, OIL WELL Balsamic Sea Salt and pepper. Stir well to blend.

3Place chicken breast in 9”X12” baking pan. Pour marinade over chicken. Make sure chicken is well coated and breasts are not touching

4Roast at 450 degrees for 12 minutes. Baste chicken and increase oven temperature to 550 degrees. Roast an additional 12 minutes or until chicken is opaque, juices run clear and glaze begins to caramelize.

5Serve immediately.

1/4 C OIL WELL Maple Balsamic

1/2 C maple syrup

3 cloves of garlic, crushed

1 bunch scallions, white part only, chopped

1/4 t OIL WELL Balsamic Sea Salt

1/2 t fresh ground pepper

4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
