Maple Balsamic Salmon

Directions
1Combine OIL WELL EVOO, garlic, lemon juice, OIL WELL Maple Balsamic and OIL WELL Sicilian Sea Salt in small bowl. Mix Well. Coat salmon fillets on both sides with mixture and place on broiling pan.
2Place pan 4” from the broiler and broil for 4-6 minutes. When fish flakes it is done. If fillets are more than 1” thick flip once halfway through broiling.
3Drizzle OIL WELL Maple Balsamic over top and garnish with slice of lemon. Serve immediately.
