Mozzarella and Strawberry Balsamic Chicken

Directions

1Place chicken breasts in ziploc bag with ½ C OIL WELL Strawberry Balsamic. Make sure all chicken is well coated. Refrigerate for 2-4 hours. (The longer it marinates the more flavor chicken will pick up.)

2Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

3Place chicken breasts in shallow baking dish. Pour balsamic marinade over top. Sprinkle chicken with OIL WELL Fleur de Sel Sea Salt and fresh ground pepper.

4Bake 30 minutes or until chicken breasts are no longer pink in the center and juices run clear.

5Place strawberries, mozzarella and basil in small bowl and toss to mix.

6Remove chicken from oven and transfer to serving dish.

7Top chicken with strawberry mixture and drizzle with the remaining ½ cup OIL WELL Strawberry Balsamic. Serve hot and enjoy!

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 C OIL WELL Strawberry Balsamic

1 pint fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped

4 oz fresh mozzarella ball, chopped

1/4 C fresh basil, chopped

OIL WELL French Fleur de Sel Sea Salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
