Directions

1In large bowl combine tomatoes, onion, cilantro, jalapeno, lime juice and OIL WELL Persian Lime Olive Oil.

2Season with OIL WELL Sicilian Sea Salt.

3Let salsa sit 20-30 minutes at room temperature before serving.

4Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!

4-6 fresh tomatoes, diced

1/4 C finely chopped red onion

1/4 C cilantro leaves, chopped

1 jalapeno, finely diced (remove stems, seeds and ribs)

juice of 1 lime

2 t OIL WELL Persian Lime Olive Oil

OIL WELL Sicilian Sea Salt to taste
