

Pomegranate Balsamic Ribeye

Directions
1In medium bowl whisk mustard, OIL WELL Sicilian Sea Salt and OIL WELL Pomegranate Balsamic until blended thoroughly.
2Drizzle in OIL WELL Garlic Olive Oil, whisking quickly and continuously. The marinade should become thick and emulsified.
3In sealable container or a large Ziploc bag, place up to 4 rib-eye steaks and thoroughly coat with marinade.
4Refrigerate 4-6 hours, turning steaks at least once during marinating process.
5Proceed with grilling or broiling steaks. Discard remaining mixture. After cooking, allow steaks to rest loosely covered at room temperature for 10 minutes. Serve and Enjoy!
