

Directions
1Place cubed potatoes in large pot and cover with water.
2Remove leaves from half of one of the sprigs of rosemary and place into water. Add minced garlic and 1/2 tsp of the OIL WELL Sicilian Sea Salt.
3Bring potatoes to boil, reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are soft. Drain and remove rosemary sprigs.
4Place potatoes in large bowl.
5Mince remaining rosemary leaves.
6Add rosemary, OIL WELL Rosemary Olive Oil, OIL WELL White Truffle Olive Oil, half and half, remaining OIL WELL Sicilian Sea Salt and pepper to potatoes.
7Mash until all ingredients are well combined and potatoes have reached desired consistency.
8Drizzle OIL WELL White Truffle Olive Oil over the top. Serve warm and enjoy!
