

Directions
1Thinly slice and quarter potatoes. Place in large bowl.
2Drizzle with OIL WELL Sage and Onion Olive Oil. Sprinkle on sage and OIL WELL Sicilian Sea Salt. Gently mix to spread evenly.
3Pour onto center of large sheet of tin foil. Fold tin foil in the center and completely seal all edges.
4Place on hot BBQ grill. Every 5-8 minutes stir potatoes from the bottom to the top. Reseal tin foil and place back on grill.
5Cook to desired doneness. (The longer left on grill the crispier they will get!) Serve hot and enjoy!
