Directions
1Heat OIL WELL Lemon and Butter Olive Oil in large skillet over medium heat.
2Add shallots and sauté until they begin to get soft. Add garlic and sauté lightly. Be careful not to brown it.
3Add shrimp and turn up heat to medium-high. Stirring frequently sauté shrimp until they turn pink.
4Turn off heat and add rosemary. Sprinkle with OIL WELL Garlic Sea Salt and pepper.
5 Serve over rice and enjoy!

1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
4 1/2 T OIL WELL Butter Olive Oil
1 T rosemary, chopped- plus sprigs for garnish
1 T fresh squeezed lemon juice, plus lemon slices for garnish
OIL WELL Garlic Sea Salt and pepper to taste
