Slow-Cooker Balsamic Herb Pork Roast

Directions

1Place pork roast in slow cooker.

2In medium bowl combine OIL WELL 25 Star Dark Balsamic, OIL WELL Honey, rosemary, thyme, OIL WELL Sicilian Sea Salt and fresh ground pepper. Mix well. Pour over top of pork roast.

3Set bay leaves in juice around pork roast.

4Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours, or high 4-6 hours. Cook time will depend on size of the roast.

5Remove cooked roast from slow cooker. Slice, pour juices over top and serve.

1/4 C OIL WELL Honey

2 t dried rosemary

1/2 t dried thyme

2 bay leaves

2 t OIL WELL Sicilian Sea Salt
