Spicy Rice

Directions

1Sauté carrots, onions and garlic in OIL WELL Toasted Sesame Oil until tender.

2Add broth, curry, salt and cayenne pepper. Bring to a boil and stir in rice.

3Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Fluff and serve warm.

Ingredients

1 C uncooked rice

1 t OIL WELL Toasted Sesame Oil

3/4 C carrots, peeled and diced

1/2 C onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 10.5oz cans chicken broth

1/2 t curry powder

Pinch of OIL WELL Sicilian Sea Salt

1/8 t cayenne pepper
