Sunburst Squash

Directions

1Combine sliced squash, 2 tablespoons OIL WELL Tuscan Herb Olive Oil, OIL WELL French Fleur de Sel Sea Salt and pepper in large bowl. Toss to coat evenly.

2Heat remaining OIL WELL Tuscan Herb Olive Oil in skillet over medium heat. Add squash and sauté 5-7 minutes until squash is tender but not soft.

3Place on serving dish and drizzle Oil Well Tuscan Herb Olive Oil on top. Sprinkle with OIL WELL Sea Salt and pepper. Serve and enjoy!

1 1/2 lb sunburst squash, peeled and sliced into 1/2 “ slices

5 T OIL WELL Tuscan Herb Olive Oil

OIL WELL French Fleur de Sel Sea Salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
