

Directions
1Rinse spinach with cold water and let dry.
2In large skillet heat OIL WELL EVOO and sauté garlic over medium heat for one minute.
3Add spinach, Oil Well Sea Salt and pepper. Toss together.
4Cover and cook for two minutes.
5Uncover, turn heat to high and cook spinach for one minute, stirring until spinach is wilted.
6Place spinach in serving bowl and drizzle with lemon juice, OIL WELL Butter Olive Oil and OIL WELL Sicilian Sea Salt. Serve hot and enjoy!
