

Directions
1Heat OIL WELL Basil Olive Oil in large pot over medium-low heat.
2Add onion, garlic, parsley and oregano. Mix well.
3Sprinkle on paprika, OIL WELL Garlic Sea Salt and fresh ground pepper. Stir and cook slowly until onions are tender. Be sure not to let them brown.
4When tender turn heat up to high and stir in red wine. Boil until wine is reduced. Stir in crushed tomatoes.
5When sauce returns to a boil reduce heat to medium-low cover with lid slightly askew and let simmer for 30 minutes. Serve hot and enjoy!

1 medium yellow onion, finely chopped
3 large garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 1/2 t fresh oregano, chopped
