

Directions
1Slice zucchini as thin as possible. (For best results use a mandolin)
2In small bowl combine OIL WELL EVOO and OIL WELL 25 Star White Balsamic. Whisk to mix well.
3Place sliced zucchini in large bowl and drizzle with Balsamic mixture. Gently toss to coat well.
4Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
5Place zucchini slices in single layer on parchment paper. Sprinkle with OIL WELL Fleur de Sel Sea Salt.
6Bake at 200 degrees for 2-3 hours. Flip slices half way through baking time.
7Remove from oven and let cool. Serve and enjoy!
