Herb de Provence Roasted Potatoes

Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2Wash potatoes well and pat dry with paper towel.

3Cut potatoes in half and place in large mixing bowl.

4Drizzle OIL WELL Herb de Provence Olive Oil over top and sprinkle with dried Herb de Provence. Toss to coat potatoes evenly.

5Place potatoes in baking dish and bake for 1 hour.

6Remove from oven and place on serving dish. Sprinkle with OIL WELL French Fleur de Sel Sea Salt and serve.

2 lbs white potatoes

1 t OIL WELL French Fleur de Sel Sea Salt

1 t dried herb de provence

3 T OIL WELL Herb de Provence Olive Oil
